🌾 Next stop: Narrabri!

The University of Sydney’s Narrabri crop was in the spotlight this morning as judge Frank McRae assessed the third crop in the Northern Regional judging of the AgShows NSW / Suncorp Bank Dryland Field Wheat Competition.

📸 Joining Frank for the photo are Alex Galvin from Suncorp Bank, Keiran Shephard and Eloise Shephard.

Support from Suncorp Bank, Syngenta, Flexi-Coil Aus, Lowes Petroleum Service, Dual Chelate Fertilizer and The Land helps us celebrate the skill and commitment of our grain growers. Thank you to all our sponsors! 🌾

Please join us on Tuesday 20th October for the Narrabri Industrial H**p Field Day.

What a fantastic day at our Annual Schools Field Day! 🌱
On Tuesday 15th of September, we welcomed 390 students from ten local schools for a hands-on day of discovery, learning and inspiration.
Students explored everything from field crops, farm machinery and drone technology to soil science, biodiversity and birds, wheat breeding, designing new supercrops, ochre painting, cotton, cattle, and water bugs with Landcare — all through interactive workshops led by researchers and industry experts.
A big thank you to our local industry partners, Cotton Australia and Northern Slopes Landcare, for running workshops.
We hope the experience sparked curiosity and inspired students to explore future pathways in STEM and agricultural innovation. 🚜✨

Crop circles in Narrabri?!? Ahead of this Thursday’s field day, OUTLOOK AG created a custom prescription spray map and we put a John Deere spray rig to the test by spraying our logos into a crop of wheat. Come and check out this, as well as the results of green-on-green camera spraying with John Deeres new Gen 2 See and Spray cameras. Free registration on Eventbrite.
