ARE YOU READY FOR OUR END OF TERM MUSIC EXTRAVAGANZA?

On Tuesday 30th June at 2pm on the last Tuesday of Term 2 at Oak Flats Community Centre.
Come and join us for a lively afternoon of singing
and musicality presented by our very own
Third Age Singers
and the Uke3Aers group.

Warm up your vocal cords to join in the music program followed by extended social time and afternoon tea.

Please bring a small plate of goodies to share and help us send off term 2 with a joyful noise!

Members enjoyed a bus trip to Berry today with our favourite bus driver Peter(Albo). After a delicious morning tea in the park, we spent a few hours shopping and after lunch we visited The Treat Factory. They will have to restock after our visit. Thanks Di and Pam for a lovely day out.

We are all back into the swing of activities for term 2 at Shellharbour City U3A.
Our new courses Chair Yoga and Art Appreciation have been well received and enjoyed by those who have joined them thus far.
The Singing group and Ukulele groups have been filling the hall with joyful sounds on a Wednesday.
And, our Tuesday talks are always interesting and well attended.
Visitors welcome.

Ready to enjoy the Seniors Concert. Most members went on Wednesday with a small group going up on Thursday. I'm sure everyone enjoyed the show which was amazing.

U3A TRIVIA CHAMPIONS 2026
Well, we did it again, again!

On Thursday 5th March 2026 two Shellharbour City U3A teams entered the Shellharbour Council Seniors Festival U3A Trivia Competition. We are delighted to report that for the third consecutive year, Shellharbour City U3A Inc triumphed yet again. Does this mean we are the smartest U3A in the area?
Congratulations to our winning team members Julie Carbonara, Frances Cardwell, Dawn Carr, Kevin Fuller, Christine Giles and Jane Labriola. A very well deserved win.
It was a very closely fought contest, which was decided by a tie-breaker. The trophy is home and will remain in our care for another year.
Our other team of Clare Farrell, Liam Farrell, Jenny Long, Darryl Pont, Lyn Thong and Barbara Vicary came third.
Congratulations to all and Well Done.

The Oak Flats Neighbourhood Centre was alive today with music firstly from the Third Age Singers and followed by the ShellCity Ukes

A wonderful finish to our U3A year was the Christmas Lunch at Warilla Bowling Club. 110 members enjoyed lovely company, delicious food, great prizes and entertainment from our singing group. Thanks to our special guests for taking time out to join us.
