Who cares for those who care for others?
At Whitley College, we are privileged to host the University of Divinity's Professional Supervision Program, a space where leaders can pause, reflect, grow, and be supported in the important work they do.
Designed for pastors, chaplains, spiritual care practitioners, educators, community workers, and others in caring professions, the program strengthens reflective practice, ethical leadership, and long-term wellbeing.
One of the program's greatest strengths is its multicultural heart. Participants from diverse cultural and ministry backgrounds learn alongside one another, discovering that some of the richest learning comes through listening to stories different from own.
As one participant reflected, "Professional supervision gives us a safe space to stop, reflect, and learn from our experiences in ministry."
If you're seeking a way to sustain healthy leadership for the long journey of ministry and service, we'd love to start a conversation.
If this program is for you, consider enrolling for Semester 2 this year.
