After studying nearly 600 participants, the team found that perception of decisions was a critical factor in how bonuses get distributed.

The very first Victorian Intervarsity Case Competition is complete ✅

Bringing together BCom students from The University of Melbourne, Monash University, RMIT University and La Trobe University, teams worked to solve a real-world business challenge set by CERES Fair Food.

With one weekend bootcamp to train and one day to compete, students showcased an impressive ability to think creatively, collaborate within small teams and confidently present their recommendations.

Congratulations to our team, Seadragon Ventures, for winning the competition, and to Gold Standard Solutions from Monash for being a finalist 🏆

Thank you to all the students that joined us, the judges, the student co-chairs and volunteers, and a big thank you to our case partner CERES Fair Food.
