A BIG HUGE thank you to Giulia and Marianne for covering classes the past few weeks.

After 12 years (😳 that’s a long time)
I’m taking some time off this semester, for some long overdue self care.

Please continue to enjoy the diverse classes and energy that Giulia and Marianne bring to you every week, they are a wonderful team.

That’s a wrap for the year.

Sorry I couldn’t be there for the last class, I hope you enjoyed sweating it out with Giulia.

Thank you for your attendance this year, I hope you enjoy the Christmas break.

Our classes will resume the 10th of January 2022 -

Monday and Wednesday 5pm - 6pm

The gym is closed till Tuesday 6th July, so our first class back will be Wednesday 😊

In line with the guidelines we only need to wear masks to and from class and during the non vigorous parts of class. See you soon.

Hi,

I missed you guys this week, just when we were a about to start our new timetable too.

We are returning Monday @ 4.30pm and Wednesday 5.30pm.

We do have to wear masks in class next week, so I plan to have a low impact class this way it will be keep us moving, we can learn the new routines and exercise in comfort. It’s not ideal but we need to keep moving.

I understand if you prefer to give this week a miss so for those I’ll see you next week.
