Bayulu RCS is made up of 100% indigenous students. It is a small school, rich in history and possesses incredible cultural processes which are famous within the region. There are amazing sights to see in the Kimberley and many of the staff at Bayulu have been remote for some time and can recommend lots of things to do on weekends and holidays.

• Starting Salary of $88,178 (pro-rata)
• $18,120.00 Remote Teaching Service Allowance
• $7,436.00 District Allowance
• $2,000 Attraction/Retention initiative
• Free GROH housing with air-conditioning subsidy,
• 10 weeks paid holidays after 3 years service,
• 20 weeks paid holidays after 4 years service,
• Teachers are eligible for HECS remission after 4 years of service (HECS debt paid off and anything paid while teaching remote remitted),
• Teachers are eligible for HECS indexation waiver, avoiding interest growth each year.
