Back in April, the GCLSA hosted an insightful NCA information session with Deborah Wolfe to help our Canadian law students start to think about what may come after Griffith. 🇨🇦 (Sun’s still out here on the Gold Coast, but a bit of planning now means one less thing to worry about before you’re back in the snow.)

The NCA (National Committee on Accreditation) assesses your Griffith law degree and lets you know what’s still required before entering bar admission in a Canadian province or territory.

Since that session, we’ve turned what was shared into a roadmap that you can save and come back to, it covers:

1. The 5 stages of the NCA process, from application to your Certificate of Qualification
2. What Griffith students are typically assigned
3. Where to find the official, up-to-date requirements, since policies do change

Thank you to Deborah Wolfe for sharing her time and insight back in April!

Swipe through, save it, and pass it on to anyone else thinking about the path from Griffith to Canadian practice. ⚖️

Huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the GCLSA Dean’s Hike! 🥾🌿 We hope you all had an amazing time taking in the views with your fellow Canadian law students. 🇨🇦⚖️

A special thank you to Dean Thérèse Wilson and Genevieve Murray for helping organise such a great day! And a huge shoutout to Red Bull for providing us with some much-needed fuel to power through the hike! ⚡️🪽

Hope everyone enjoyed the hike — until the next adventure! 🏔️🥾🤍
