At Gumadah Byalla, we work around a philosophy of culture and learning which encompasses humility and respect. Our wish is to bring the voices of our Ancestors back to ensure our children, families and educators have access to the knowledge that has been passed down through the generations.
We work in a variety of settings from Early Childhood to University, Councils, Government Departments, Sporting Bodies, to name a few. Gumadah Byalla focus on local Aboriginal perspectives, delivered by Traditional Custodians covering Pre Colonisation to Contemporary times.
We offer a broad range of Consultative Services as well as Language and Song, History, Art and Dance, Traditional Knowledge/Cultural Immersion days, Weaving workshops, Traditional/Contemporary Costume and Accessory design, Smoking and Welcome Ceremonies and Wood Carving.
We can tailor make a program to suit the needs of your Organisation, Company, School etc.
