NEW POP UP PROGRAM FOR TENDER STARTERS 🎉

For the first time, we are running our Tender Starter Program as a virtual live class – making it more accessible and affordable for small business to start tendering.

We have two pop up workshops. Our first workshop starts next week:

Workshop 1: Friday, 20 March, 1pm-3pm

Bid coordination is not just running the bid – it’s primarily about managing people!

Many people fall into bid management and tender coordination roles without any formal training in managing stakeholders in high stress environments.

That is why I focus on the people management skills that bid coordinators need in the Effective Bid Preparation Workshop.

Learn how to engage and communicate effectively with subject matter experts from kick-off to final submission. This includes applying a strong project management framework, clear and timely communication, strategies for managing difficult stakeholders and keeping the team engaged.

Our first workshop of the year starts next week, with session one on 4 March from 9am-11am, and session two on 11 March from 9am-11am. Small virtual online class.

To often, authors will jump in to start working out how to answer the question as opposed to taking the time first to understand what the question is asking.

That means you run the risk of not answering the question as the client intended and could miss out on valuable points.
