Liz's research interests include chemical biology, bioinorganic chemistry, molecular imaging, redox sensing and metal ion sensing.

As the awardee, Dr. Elizabeth New will receive an honorarium of CHF 2000, an offer to publish a paper free of charge in Chemosensors after peer review and an engraved plaque.
