The aims of the club shall be:
• Build a strong partnership with the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• Foster future employment partnerships and opportunities
• Represent and support the views and needs of our members
• Foster holistic personal development

• Involve students in a broader range of activities
at the University of Southern Queensland.
• Improve the quality of the students’ experience.
• Foster positive changes in the University of Southern Queensland and Darling Downs communities.
• Create an identity amongst the Faculty of Business and Law students visible within and outside the University of Southern Queensland.
• Manage and promote activities and programs between the University of Southern Queensland, business community organisations, local industries and government bodies.
• Actively encourage mentoring programs in conjunction with the Future Leaders Program and the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
• Provide opportunity for students to incorporate involvement in the Club as a positive part of their resumes.
• Provide an education for younger generations on financial issues and policy.
• Actively recruit new members in order to build a strong and sustainable membership base which will focus on financial management, ethical governance and community engagement.
