Keeping track of meetings, sending the important messages, recording the minutes and somehow making sure everyone knows what’s happening, where it’s happening and when it’s happening 🗓️
🎉 EVENTS DIRECTOR
Professional event planner, room-booking warrior & serial form-filler. 📝
From choosing the date and booking the room to getting faculty approval and submitting approximately 800 forms… events director makes sure the fun actually happens 🍾
💸 TREASURER
The only person allowed to ask “but do we have the budget for that?” 💰
Keeping track of the bank account, budgets, reimbursements, receipts and event expenses, because unfortunately, good vibes do not pay for gyg 🌯
📞 EXTERNAL OUTREACH OFFICER
Professional emailer, networker & “Hi Dr…” specialist. 🩺📧
Building connections with doctors, securing speakers and workshop facilitators for Statewide, and helping bring charity events to life 🎗
🌎 WORKING GROUP OFFICER
Bond GPSN’s very own national correspondent. 📡
Representing Bond at the national level, joining remote working groups, sharing ideas and bringing national initiatives back to our little corner of GPSN 🗣️
