Counsellors at ECG Secondary College play an important role in supporting our students with diverse needs to navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

🖇Working within our flexible education setting, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine impact on the wellbeing and future pathways of young people.

📍 Location: Leongatha Campus
🕒 Part Time – Up to 22.8 hours per week
📅 2–3 days per week (preference given to applicants with 3-day availability)
