ng industry and the concerns of the local community. We are a major provider of off-the-job training for tourism and hospitality traineeships. For example, we have industry-standard commercial training kitchens and excellent hospitality front-office facilities. Recently renovated facilities include the training restaurant and cafe. Our training restaurant is open to visitors during term for Lunch although bookings essential.
