WE'VE EXTENDED TICKET SALES!!!!!!!

Buy a ticket before Tuesday night, we can't wait to see everyone there!

Grab your fellow classmates and friends and don't miss out on a great night!!!

Nursing, psychology, education, biomed, social work,
any course you can think of and OF COURSE academics and all staff!

We would love to see you all there!!!
Tickets include:
✨ 3-course meal & 3 drink vouchers (can be used for soft drinks)
✨ Unlimited access to the photo booth, a photographer and DJ Steve Bowen
✨ It will be a Formal Dress code
✨ Plus ones are more than welcome, but they do require their own ticket
✨ This year we are trying something different to organise the seating arrangements. We ask that when filling out your tickets, you let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements ASWELL as who you would like to sit at a table with and we will sort out the rest :)))))

SOCIAL BALL Q+A
We have had a few questions about what to expect at the Social Ball -

Your $65 ticket includes:
- A 3-course meal.
- 3 FREE drinks.
- Unlimited access to the photo booth,
- A photographer
- A DJ and a dance floor!

While we hope you mingle and meet new people.... you can pick your own table with your friends! So get a group together, make a table and come along!

This is going to be a great time, we really hope you can all make it!

Thanks also go out to Clubs La Trobe and their staff for their support in organising it. We hope everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed their night. ❗️ 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ❗️

Off the back of such a successful Social Ball, SWaBS is holding their Annual General Meeting for 2023!

Yes, it has only just been mid-semester break, but we want to give our new executive members plenty of time to settle in and gain as much wisdom as possible so they can hit the ground running next year.

All current or potential members are encouraged to come along as we plan for the year ahead 🎉
