Ready to Bake It Happen?

The Community College, in collaboration with Lupa Pizzeria and Etica Support & Training, is offering an employment-focused program for NDIS participants looking to build practical skills, confidence and work readiness.

Over 20 weeks, participants will combine nationally recognised training with hands-on experience in a real hospitality environment at Lupa Pizzeria, developing skills in customer service, food safety, workplace communication and more.

WEA Co is looking for its next Chair of the Board.

Since 1913, WEA Co has been opening doors to education for our community, through The Community College and Novo Education, helping adults build new skills and confidence, and giving young people who haven't thrived in mainstream schooling a safe place to re-engage with learning, especially those who are still finding their feet.

Now we're looking for an experienced governance leader for our next Chair of the Board, to help guide our organisation in fulfilling our purpose.
This is a voluntary position suited to experienced board directors, executives or governance professionals with a genuine passion for education and community impact. You'll lead a committed Board, work closely with our CEO, and help shape the strategic direction of a respected not-for-profit operating as a registered charity, RTO and registered school.

It’s a simple way to recognise the skills they’re building, the effort they bring and the role they’ll play in the future workforce.
