Morning & evening swim sessions available @ UOW Uniactive Pool + a fun FREE Trivia Night @ North Gong Hotel. Whether you’re swimming laps, wanting to meet new people or just coming for the vibes - everyone is welcome!

💙UOW SWIM CLUB SPRING SEMESTER 2026 SCHEDULE💙

Hey Splashers 💦,
Firstly, welcome to all the new swimmers splashing with us this semester! We loved meeting you during o-day and can’t wait to see you again this week! & of course a big welcome back to our current splashers!!!

‼️STARTING WEEK 1 (next week)‼️
This is our weekly swim session times for this semester! Yes the same as last semester so I hope you chose your subject timetable wisely and we hope to see you making a splash soon 🤗

How our sessions run (or swim) 🏊🏻‍♀️
There is 2 lanes (generally) a social (intermediate) lane & advanced lane for more comp/ex comp/speedy swimmers 😎. We come prepared with a set and provide kick boards and flippers. So please bring your own swimmers, towel, water bottles & GOGGLES!

Please note there may be some weekly modifications due to weather and other various events which are out of our control. So please keep you eyes peeled on our stories or join our UOW Swim Club private group chat here ➡️ https://ig.me/j/AbaAeiC2yfJEUFqF/

All new swimmers will be subjected to a swim test of 50 metres UNASSISTED with 2 minutes of treading water (refund will be issued if unable to complete). We do not offer swim lessons. So, please refer to uniactives adult swim classes. We are not a uniactive run squad. So, the uniactive gold pass or above does not get you free access to our sessions.

NEW SWIMMERS WEEK 1, WILL GET 1 TASTER SESSION & AFTER THAT YOU WILL NEED ONE OF OUR FANCY SWIM PASSES✨

Whilst, all this info seems daunting. Our sessions are super chill (no coach yelling at you), super social (friendship guaranteed), & lots of fun. We hope to see you ALL there 🫶🏻
