Workshop on Mooting Organised by ISU Law & Moot Court Club
The ISU Law & Moot Court Club (ISULMCC) successfully organised a workshop on Mooting, focusing on developing studentsâ practical skills in oral advocacy, memorial drafting, and legal research.
The workshop featured two specialised sessions led by Mr. Syed Marzuk Shakib, Advocate, Dhaka Judge Court, and Md. Muhtasim Faiaz, Lecturer, Department of Law, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). The resource persons shared practical insights on courtroom advocacy, legal research, argument development, and effective memorial preparation.
The programme was graced by the presence of Mr. Faizullah Kawshik, Registrar, International Standard University; Mr. Rashed Ahmed, Head, Department of Law; and Ms. Pinak Sarkar, Moderator, ISULMCC, who delivered remarks during the programme. Ms. Mayesha Afiya Jarin, Course Coordinator, and Mr. Mahmudul Hasan, Lecturer, Department of Law, were also present.
The programme was hosted by Tanvir Alam Punno, a student of the Third Batch, Department of Law, International Standard University.
