EMPA 621: Performance Management: Theory and Practice
EMPA 622: Managing Change and Innovations in Public Sector
EMPA 623: Public Financial Management
EMPA 624: Social Research Methodology
EMPA 631: Human Resource Management: Theories and Concepts
EMPA 632: Human Resource Management in Bangladesh Public Service
EMPA 633: Disaster Management
EMPA 634: Project Management: Mnitoring and Evaluation 4. Completion of the Programme
The duration of the programme is one year consisting of three semesters and 36 credits distributed among 12 courses. Students without job experience will have to earn additional 3 credits by submitting a Term Paper within this stipulated time.
