CIET Students on an Eye-Opening Industrial Tour 🔧🌐

At Chittagong Institute of Engineering & Technology (CIET), we believe that true engineering education extends beyond the classroom. Recently, our students embarked on an enriching industrial tour to gain real-world exposure and bridge the gap between theory and practical application.

📍 Visited Locations:

🎙️ Bangladesh Betar Kendra, Kalurghat: A behind-the-scenes experience of national broadcasting technologies and radio transmission systems.

🏗️ Diamond Cement Limited: Insights into large-scale industrial manufacturing, process control, and environmental responsibility.

⚡ Bangladesh Power Grid PLC – Julda 132/33/11kV Substation: First-hand look at the backbone of power infrastructure and grid management systems.

This tour was led and guided by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Osiur Rahman sir, Department of CSE, University of Chittagong, whose expertise and mentorship added immense value to the learning experience.
