২৪ আগস্ট ২০২৬ এবং ২৫ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে হল বরাদ্দের ফলাফল সংক্রান্ত প্রাপ্ত অভিযোগ ও দাবিসমূহ যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর কিছু আবেদন বাতিল করা হয়েছে এবং কিছু আবেদনে ভুল/মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান শনাক্ত হওয়ায় সংশ্লিষ্ট বরাদ্দের ফলাফলে পরিবর্তন করা হয়েছে।

সকল আবেদনকারী শিক্ষার্থীকে অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে, তারা যেন পুনরায় হল বরাদ্দের ফলাফল যাচাই করে নেন এবং তাদের বর্তমান বরাদ্দের তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেন।

Notice Regarding Updated Hall Allotment Result

Following the review and verification of claims and complaints received on 24 August 2026 and 25 August 2026 regarding the Hall Allotment Result, some applications have been rejected, while changes have been made to certain allotments where incorrect or false information was identified in the submitted applications.

All applicants are requested to check their Hall Allotment Result again and verify their current allotment status and related information.

হল বরাদ্দের ফলাফল — জুলাই ২০২৬

চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের জুলাই ২০২৬ হল বরাদ্দ কার্যক্রমের প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীদের তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হলো। আবেদনে প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্যাদি যাচাইপূর্বক হল অফিসে সাক্ষাৎকারের মাধ্যমে চূড়ান্তভাবে আসন বরাদ্দ করা হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, তথ্যে কোনো ভুল বা অসত্য পরিলক্ষিত হলে প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীর আবেদন তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

হল বরাদ্দের জন্য আবেদনকারী শিক্ষার্থীদের নিজ নিজ ফলাফল ও বরাদ্দের তথ্য যাচাই করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

কোনো আবেদনকারী ফলাফলের ভিত্তিতে আসন পাওয়ার যোগ্য হওয়া সত্ত্বেও যদি একই শ্রেণির অন্য কেউ নির্বাচিত হয়ে থাকেন, তবে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীকে প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণাদিসহ আইসিটি সেলে আবেদন করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার ২ (দুই) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপিল নিষ্পত্তি করে জানানো হবে। উল্লেখ্য, প্রতিটি বিভাগের জন্য প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীদের তালিকা নিচের ‘ছাত্র/ছাত্রী ও বিভাগ’ নির্বাচন অপশনে পাওয়া যাবে।

যেসব শিক্ষার্থী হল বরাদ্দ পেয়েছেন, তাদেরকে প্রকাশিত ফলাফলের সঙ্গে প্রদত্ত নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে বরাদ্দ নিশ্চিত করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

২০২৫-২০২৬ শিক্ষাবর্ষে চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে ভর্তিকৃত শিক্ষার্থীদের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, SIF পূরণের সময় নিজেদের সরবরাহকৃত তথ্যের সাথে ইউনিট ও বিভাগ/ইনস্টিটিউট হতে প্রাপ্ত হল সংযুক্তি (হল এটাচমেন্টের) তথ্য সন্নিবেশ করে স্টুডেন্ট ডেটাবেজে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়েছে। নিম্নে প্রদত্ত লিংকে গিয়ে প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে আগামী ২২/০৮/২০২৬ তারিখের মধ্যে নিজ নিজ তথ্য সঠিকভাবে লিপিবদ্ধ হয়েছে কি না, তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত এই সময়ের মধ্যে নিজের প্রোফাইলের তথ্যাবলী সঠিকভাবে নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যর্থ হলে স্টুডেন্ট আইডি কার্ড মুদ্রণ স্থগিত থাকবে। এছাড়াও, যেসব শিক্ষার্থীর পূর্বে আপলোড করা ছবি আইডি কার্ডে মুদ্রণের অনুপযুক্ত বিবেচিত হয়েছে, তাদেরকে ছবি তোলার গাইডলাইন অনুসরণ করে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে নতুন ছবি আপলোড করতে হবে।

হল বরাদ্দ আবেদন সংক্রান্ত তথ্য হালনাগাদ প্রসঙ্গে:

এতদ্বারা চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, হল বরাদ্দ আবেদন কার্যক্রম ০২ জুলাই ২০২৬ খ্রি. সকাল ১০:০০টা হতে ০৯ জুলাই ২০২৬ খ্রি. সকাল ১০:০০টা পর্যন্ত পরিচালিত হয়েছে।

উক্ত আবেদনকালীন সময়ে অর্থাৎ ২ জুলাই খ্রি. হতে ৯ জুলাই খ্রি. এর মধ্যে যেসব শিক্ষার্থীর বিভাগে চলমান চূড়ান্ত পরীক্ষা (Semester/Yearly Examination) সম্পন্ন হয়েছে অথবা আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হয়েছে, তাদের আবেদনপত্রে প্রদত্ত বর্তমান একাডেমিক বর্ষ/সেমিস্টার এবং/অথবা সর্বশেষ প্রকাশিত ফলাফলের তথ্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী হালনাগাদ করার সুযোগ প্রদান করা হচ্ছে।

এ লক্ষ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীদের ২৩ জুলাই ২০২৬ খ্রি. রাত ১১:৫৯ মিনিটের মধ্যে [email protected] ঠিকানায় ই-মেইল প্রেরণের মাধ্যমে সংশোধনের আবেদন করতে হবে।

ই-মেইলে নিম্নোক্ত তথ্যসমূহ অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করতে হবে—

Regarding the Update of Information for Hall Allocation Applications:

This is to inform all concerned students of the University of Chittagong that the Hall Allocation Application process was conducted from 10:00 AM on 02 July 2026 to 10:00 AM on 09 July 2026.

Students whose final examinations (Semester/Yearly Examination) were completed or whose results were officially published by their respective departments during the application period, i.e., between 02 July 2026 and 09 July 2026, will be given the opportunity to update, where applicable, the current academic year/semester and/or the latest published examination result provided in their application.

To this end, the concerned students must submit a request for correction via email to [email protected] by 11:59 PM on 23 July 2026.

The email must include the following information:

1. Application Serial Number
2. Student's Name
3. Student ID
4. Name of the Department/Institute
5. bKash Transaction ID
6. Previous Value
7. New Value
8. PDF Copy of the Marksheet (if applicable)
10. Total Offered Credits (if applicable)

Please note that no requests for correction received after the stipulated deadline will be accepted.

হল বরাদ্দ আবেদন জমাদানের সময়সীমা ৭ জুলাই ২০২৬ সকাল ১০:০০টা থেকে বৃদ্ধি করে ৯ জুলাই ২০২৬ সকাল ১০:০০টা পর্যন্ত নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।

যেসব শিক্ষার্থী এখনো আবেদন করেননি, তাদেরকে বর্ধিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে আবেদন সম্পন্ন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের পর কোনো আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

Important Instructions for Hall Allotment Applicants

Applicants are requested to carefully follow the instructions below while submitting their hall allotment applications.

1. Academic Term:

While filling out the application form, students must select their current academic term/semester, i.e., the term in which they are currently attending classes.

Do not select the term based on your latest published result. The application form contains a separate field for entering the details of your latest published examination result.

2. Attached Hall (For 2025–2026 Session Only)

Students of the 2025–2026 academic session may select any hall as their Attached Hall while submitting the application.

This field is required only for application purposes and will not affect the evaluation of the application or the final hall allotment.

3. Students Previously Allocated a Hall Seat:

Students who were allotted a hall seat in any previous allotment but did not complete the confirmation process, and therefore find themselves ineligible to apply in the current round, must first obtain an official attestation from the respective hall authority stating that no hall seat is currently confirmed in their name.

The attested document must then be submitted to the ICT Cell for verification before the student's eligibility can be restored for the current application.

4. Correction & Support Requests:

For any correction request or technical issue related to the application, students are advised to send an email with the subject:

Hall Application Correction Request – [Student ID]

The email should be sent from the student's institutional email address. If the institutional email is unavailable, the student must attach a clear photograph or scanned copy of their University Student ID Card for identity verification.

Please include all relevant information and clearly describe the issue so that it can be resolved promptly.

Students are encouraged to review all information carefully before submitting the application, as incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the application.

Hall Allotment Application Notice (July 2026):

Applications for hall allotment are now open for eligible students of the University of Chittagong.

Available Seats:
a) Male Halls: 271 vacant seats
b) Female Halls: 169 vacant seats

Students from the following sessions are eligible to apply:
- 2020–2021
- 2021–2022
- 2022–2023
- 2023–2024
- 2024–2025
- 2025–2026

Applications will be accepted from: 2 July 2026, 10:00 AM to 7 July 2026, 10:00 AM

Application Guidelines
1. Previous applications, waiting lists, or fees from earlier calls will not be considered in this round.
2. Incomplete applications or any incorrect information (intentional or unintentional) will lead to application cancellation.
3. No correction requests will be accepted after the application deadline.
4. All submitted information will be verified by hall authorities during allotment using relevant documents.
5. The entire application must be completed using an English keyboard only.

Application Fee: BDT 50 (payable via bKash)
1. Payment is integrated with the application form, so no separate transaction ID submission is required.
2. Selected students must later confirm allotment by paying a non-refundable BDT 1,000 confirmation fee within the announced deadline.

Important Advice
- Do not wait until the last moment to apply.
- If you face any technical issue during submission, seek assistance before the deadline.
- Unofficial GPA or unpublished results must not be used in the application.
- If your student ID has been used incorrectly by someone else, contact the ICT Cell immediately with your student ID card.

Students are strongly advised to read the full official notice and submit applications carefully, as no post-deadline correction or appeal will be entertained.
