আর্মি মেডিকেল কলেজ কুমিল্লার ২০২৪-২০২৫ শিক্ষাবর্ষে ভর্তির জন্য নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের নিম্নোক্ত নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ভর্তি কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলোঃ
🕥 ভর্তি কার্যক্রম সম্পন্নকরণ: মেধা তালিকার ৪২ জন প্রার্থী ভর্তি কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করবে
১৩ মার্চ ২০২৫ থেকে ২০ মার্চ ২০২৫ তারিখের মধ্যে।

ভর্তির চেকলিস্টঃ
প্রার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা, ভাইভা ও পুর্ণাঙ্গ ভর্তি কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করার লক্ষ্যে নিম্নোক্ত ডকুমেন্ট্স গুলো সাজিয়ে সাথে নিয়ে আসার জন্য পরামর্শ দেয়া হলো:
১। ভর্তির লিখিত পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র ( ০২ কপি ফটেকপি)
২। SSC ও HSC পরীক্ষার Marksheet এবং সার্টিফিকেটের মূল কপি ।
৩। SSC ও HSC পরীক্ষার Marksheet এবং Certificate এর প্রতিটি ৩ কপি করে ফটোকপি।
৪। উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের Testimonial এর মূলকপি এবং ফটোকপি ( ০১ কপি)।
৫। কোটাভুক্ত হলে কোটার স্বপক্ষে নির্দিষ্ট দলিল।
৬। ০৩ কপি ছবি। (শিক্ষার্থীর-১ কপি, পিতা-১, মাতা-১,)
৭। স্থানীয় ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ চেয়ারম্যান/ওয়ার্ড কমিশনার প্রদত্ত নাগরিকত্ব সনদ।
৮। অবিবাহিত সনদপত্র।
৯। জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র/জন্মসনদ (ফটোকপি ২ কপি)
১০। পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে পে- অর্ডার কিংবা সম্ভাব্য ব্যবস্থা সম্পন্ন করে প্রস্তুতি নিয়ে আসতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে একাউন্ট সেকশনের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। (একাউন্টস সেকশনঃ

১১। বন্ড সইয়ের জন্য ১০০ টাকার ৬টি খালি স্টাম্প (নন জুডিসিয়াল) কলেজ থেকে প্রদান করা হবে ( অন পেমেন্ট) ।
