A Seminar on "Solving Water Salinity Problem of Coastal Bangladesh with Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurial Spirit" organized by Civil Engineering Division, IEB will be held on 17 December, 2025 Wednesday 5:30 PM at Council Hall (1st Floor), Shaheed Prokaushali Bhaban, IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka-1000.

EWU Civil Engineering Club funded houses for flood-affected people

In 2025, the Civil Engineering Club of East West University undertook a meaningful humanitarian initiative to support families severely affected by seasonal floods in Feni, Bangladesh. The club organized a comprehensive fundraising campaign. Using the funds, successfully implemented key projects, including providing a wheelchair for a special-needs child in South Doulatpur, Phulgazi, and reconstructing two new homes for flood-affected families in Malipathor, Chitholia Parshuram, and South Doulatpur, Fulgazi, Feni.
