𝐀𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐱𝐧𝐨𝐫!✨️

Our students had the opportunity to visit Roxnor and experience a real tech environment beyond the classroom through discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on exposure to ongoing workflows.Faculty members were also present throughout, guiding and supporting students during the visit.

A sincere thanks to RoxnorHQ for their warm hospitality and for inspiring our students with practical knowledge, professional experiences, and innovative ideas that will motivate them in their future careers.

𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 | 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 ✨

The Freshers’ Connect | Spring 2026, organized by the CUB Computer Society, Department of CSE at Canadian University of Bangladesh, was successfully held with active participation from freshers, faculty members, and invited guests.

The program was honored by the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering, Registrar, Exam Controller and respected faculty members of the CSE Department, who shared their encouragement and valuable guidance with the students.

Senior students also presented an overview of the department, academic structure, and campus facilities, helping freshers become more familiar with their academic journey ahead.

The event featured engaging cultural segments, including music, dance, comedy, and magic performances, which created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone present.

Overall, the program created a meaningful space for interaction, learning, and connection among freshers, seniors, and faculty members.

The CUB Computer Society, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Canadian University of Bangladesh is going to organize an Industrial Visit to RoxnorHQ for the students of the CSE Department.

This visit will provide students with the opportunity to experience the real-world software industry environment, explore modern technologies, and learn about professional development practices and workplace culture directly from industry experts.

Under the guidance of course teacher 𝗜𝗳𝗳𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮, students from the 𝗖𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 ’𝟮𝟲) participated in a presentation-based project where they showcased their ideas through creative stalls and interactive presentations.

Students from across the university visited the stalls, explored handmade products, interacted with the participants, and purchased various gift and handcrafted items.
The initiative provided students with practical learning experience beyond regular classroom activities, helping them develop confidence, communication, and presentation skills in an engaging environment.

🎓 From CUB to Global Success: The Journey of Namrata Datta
​A huge congratulations to our CSE alumna, Namrata Datta, for taking her talents to the global stage! After a stellar undergraduate journey at the Canadian University of Bangladesh, Namrata has secured her place at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in New Zealand.
​She is currently pursuing a Master of Analytics within the Faculty of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences. Namrata’s transition from Dhaka to one of New Zealand’s premier research hubs is a proud moment for the CUB community and an inspiration to every aspiring engineer.
