Candidates intending to migrate within their programs must finalize their migration process by the same date, with no additional fees required. Failure to adhere to these timelines will result in a permanent cancellation of the offer.

Selected AUST candidates must pay an admission fee of Tk. 144,100 and a Transportation Fee of Tk. 2,000. Payment options include a pay order addressed to "Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology" for the admission fee, which can also be paid in cash to a designated bank account (ONE Bank A/C No. 0125084156002). The transportation fee can similarly be settled via pay order for "AUST Transport" or in cash (ONE Bank A/C No. 0123020000358).

Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) commemorated the Great Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day with respect and solemnity on February 21, 2026. The event was led by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Ashraful Haque, who oversaw the laying of a wreath at the Shaheed Minar located on the university campus.

This significant occasion witnessed the presence of key university figures, including the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (In-Charge) and Treasurer, Professor Dr. Sharmin Reza Chowdhury, and several Deans from various faculties: Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Matin from the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Dr. S. M. Shafiul Alam from the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, and Professor Dr. Farida Nilufar from the Faculty of Architecture and Planning. Additional attendees included Professor Dr. Md. Mahmudur Rahman, who served as Registrar (In-Charge), Proctor Professor Dr. Md. Ashrafur Rahman, Student Welfare Advisor Professor Dr. Md. Shariful Islam, and Controller of Examinations (In-Charge) Professor Dr. Md. Shahnewaz Bhuiyan, along with department heads, office heads, educators, officials, employees and students; all who gathered to honor the day.
