This art is listed by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage. This living pop art is created by illiterate rickshaw pullers with limited resources. Many painters never learned how to read or write yet creates complex visual storytelling. Because of its Strong visual impact, Rickshaw art has become a symbol of national identity. Just as cherry blossoms Represents Japans or the Eiffel tower rep-Resents France, Rickshaw art represents Bangladesh.it presents our street culture, creativity and history to the world and helps build a recognizable cultural image of the country🌟
