We are proud to celebrate the achievement of our BBLT 17 graduate, Niamat Ullah Al Galib, on being selected for and successfully completing the prestigious Young South Asian Leaders Initiative (YSALI) 2026 Workshop on American Excellence, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation in the United States.
Held in Omaha, Nebraska, and Washington, D.C., from May 9 to 23, 2026, this fully funded international exchange program brought together 36 exceptional young leaders from across South Asia to strengthen their leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
By successfully completing the YSALI 2026 program, Niamat strengthened his leadership capacity, expanded his regional and international network, and gained practical knowledge and experience to further advance his work in human rights, youth empowerment, peacebuilding, civic engagement, and community development in Bangladesh.
Niamat’s accomplishment reflects the potential of young leaders to create meaningful impact in their communities and beyond. We congratulate him on this remarkable milestone and wish him continued success in his leadership journey.
