Moments from the Grand NUB Carnival de Debate 2026, organized by the NUB Central Debate and Public Speaking Club.

The event brought together intellectual engagement, eloquence, and creativity through a range of segments, including the Inter-Department Debate, captivating public speaking sessions, and the engaging Rommล Bitorko. Our students demonstrated remarkable confidence, critical thinking, and debating skills throughout the carnival.

We were honored by the presence of our respected Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Dean, Proctor, and Additional Registrar, whose presence and encouragement added significance to the occasion and inspired our students.

We sincerely appreciate our esteemed guest judges โ€” Fuad Hasan, President, Satyanneshi Debating Society; Md. Habibur Rahman, President, DUET Debating Society; and Shahidul Islam, President, Uttara University Debating Club โ€” for their valuable time and thoughtful evaluation of the participants.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to our distinguished special guests, Tahmid Al Muddassir, Lecturer, NUB and Former Debater, DUDS, and Mesbahul Ibn Munir, Former GS, RUET DC, for joining us and inspiring our young speakers.

๐ŸŒŸ A Warm Welcome to Fall 2026 (Batch 52)

The NUB Textile Club , Department of Textile Engineering, NUB , Northern University Bangladesh , warmly welcomed the newly admitted Fall 2026 freshmen through a special reception program.

The program was graced by the presence of our respected Head of the Department, G. M. Faysal Ahmed along with the Former President & Advisor Md Shahedul Islam President Md. Tanvir Rana General Secretary Md Biddhut Hossain and esteemed club members.

The freshmen received gifts as a token of love and appreciation, followed by an interactive discussion on academic life, departmental activities, and university life.

The program concluded with a guided tour of the NUB Permanent Campus.
