The event, expertly moderated by Dr. Sadia Noor Khan, Associate Professor of the Department of Banking and Insurance, provided valuable insights into the industry's future.

A good news for FBS, DU!
An alumni of Department of Marketing, FBS-DU, Mahbub Rahman, a driving force behind Bangladesh's entrepreneurial ecosystem, recently participated in the prestigious "Impact Pioneers '24" program in Sweden.

As the co-founder of the School of Entrepreneurship Development (SED) in Bangladesh, Rahman was one of three distinguished "Impact Pioneers" representing his nation. This itself speaks volumes about his dedication to empowering entrepreneurs and driving positive change.

Returning home, Mahbub Rahman is poised to leverage his newfound knowledge to advocate for policies that nurture sustainable entrepreneurship in Bangladesh.

The Bangladesh Bank has suspended the licenses of seven money changers and issued show-cause warnings to ten others for allegedly dealing the US dollar in the kerb market at prices higher than prescribed.

York Money Exchange Ltd., Zaman Money Changing House, Jeni Money Exchange, Standard Money Exchange Ltd., Mercy Money Exchange Co Ltd., JB Money Exchange, and Bengal Money Exchange are the seven companies.
