ইউনিভার্সিটি অব ইনফরমেশন টেকনোলজি অ্যান্ড সায়েন্সেস (ইউআইটিএস)-এর উদ্যোগে অদ্য ২৮ নভেম্বর, ২০২৩, মঙ্গলবার দুপুর ১২:০০ টায় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রত্নগর্ভা তাহমিনা রহমান মাল্টিপারপাস হলে শরৎকালীন সেমিস্টার ২০২৩-এর ত্রিশজন মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীকে রত্নগর্ভা তাহমিনা রহমান বৃত্তি প্রদান করা হয়।
ইউআইটিএস-এর বোর্ড অব ট্রাস্টিজ এবং পিএইচপি ফ্যামিলির চেয়ারম্যান, একুশে পদকপ্রাপ্ত আলহাজ্ব সুফি মোহাম্মদ মিজানুর রহমানের সহধর্মিণী ও বোর্ড অব ট্রাস্টিজের সম্মানিত সদস্য মিসেস তাহমিনা রহমানের নামে গঠিত ‘রত্নগর্ভা তাহমিনা রহমান বৃত্তি তহবিল ’ এর অধীনে ইউআইটিএস-এর প্রতিটি বিভাগের কমপক্ষে একজন ছাত্রীসহ তিনজন করে শিক্ষার্থীকে প্রতি সেমিস্টারে এ বৃত্তি দেয়া হয়।
