Thrilled to share the highlights from our event where participants learned essential life-saving skills under the expert guidance of Dr. Md. Rakib Hossain Khan Abir, Medical Officer at the Jagannath University Medical Centre. Appreciation to our club moderator Dr. Tabasssum Zaman Maam who made us motivated and encouraged us to initiate such a valuable workshop.

On February 8th, 2024, the Economics Career Club (ECC) at Jagannath University launched its inaugural weekly program, the Economic Thought and Discussion Forum (ET&DF), with resounding success. Led by our esteemed Club Moderator, Professor Dr. Tabassum Zaman mam, and the honorable Dr. Md. Aynul Islam sir, the event saw vibrant discussions and insightful presentations.
Directed by our dedicated General Secretary, Md. Samiul Islam Monir and Executive Member Nazimun Akter Sumaiya, the forum showcased a diverse range of topics:
1. Tahmina Akter 15th batch) delved into "A Brief Study on Tourism and Tourism Industry in Bangladesh."
2. Mohammad Annan (16th Batch) and Muhaiminul Haque Ziddan (16th batch) explored "Shipbuilding: A New Export Prospect?"
3. Farhan Sadik Apurbo (17th batch) highlighted "The Telecom Industry in Bangladesh and Its Economic View"
4. Khandakar Morshedul Rahman (17th Batch) tackled "Reserve: A Burning Question of Bangladesh Economy" (17th batch).

This platform serves as a catalyst for honing presentation skills and fostering knowledge exchange among students, paving the way for enhanced career prospects.
