In observance of World Mental Health Day 2026, the Psychological Service Unit, Office of Studentsโ€™ Affairs, Daffodil International University, successfully organized a series of interactive workshops from 13โ€“15 October 2026 on Stress Management, Boosting Self-Esteem, and Emotional Intelligence for Personal and Professional Growth.

The sessions provided participants with opportunities to reflect on their emotions, recognize their strengths, learn practical coping strategies, and develop skills to build healthier relationships and support personal growth.

The Office of the Studentsโ€™ Affairs (OSA), Daffodil International University, successfully completed an engaging session featuring Rev. David Lee DeCook, Mrs. Nannette Joy DeCook, and Mr. Matthew Roy.

The program highlighted The Declaration of Independence of the United States of America and its historical significance, founding principles, and lessons for leadership, freedom, culture, and civic responsibility.

Through insightful discussions and an interactive Q&A session, students had the opportunity to explore how historical events and moral values can inspire the next generation to become responsible, thoughtful, and effective leaders.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished guests and everyone who contributed to making this program meaningful and successful.

โœจ Learning from history. Leading with values. Inspiring the next generation.
