"Pause, Breathe, Be Heard" - An Interactive Session with Saleh Siddique Sir was organized by the Department of English on the 13th of January, 2026. This wholesome gathering was an opportunity for the students of the department to not only find a safe space for connection but also to meet the reputed Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. ANM Meshquat Uddin, Pro Vice Chancellor Raihana Begum and the Registrar of Primeasia University, Brigadier General Dr. Abdullah Al Mamun.

This session started off with the kind words of our reputable guests. Professor Dr. ANM Meshquat Uddin Sir provided important insights about the mental wellbeing of students. Raihana Begum Ma’am expressed her warmth towards this initiation of the Department of English. Abdullah Al Mamun Sir shared wise words on the significance of Emotional Intelligence which was an enrichment to our session.

Saleh Sir's delightful presence derives from his experience with students for more than 10 years. He explored various aspects of emotional intelligence in the program and was also introduced to our young curious minds.

Activities were fun and involved the majority of students as well as Faculty members. Finally, a heartwarming meditation session was led by our Counsellor Sir leading to a quiet shift of air. The wonderful session came to an end with a final speech delivered by our valued Faculty member, Shahadat Sir.
