IUAC-BD looks for candidates with overall good profiles. Your application should highlight both your academic and non-academic achievements well. Some of the most important components of your application need to have are high school grades, ACT/SAT scores (if required), IELTS/TOEFL scores, Letters of Recommendation, personal essays, extracurriculars, etc.
