Abdul Halim Chanchal founded “Antur Ghar”, an organization aimed at creating skilled manpower in the field of graphics animation at the village level. He has made his mark in animation and motion graphics and practices visual art. Additionally, he has taught modern art at Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka and at Pathshala South Asian Media Institute. Abdul Halim Chanchal studied fine arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka and at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat (India). His appointment as Director, Production Department, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy represents a significant advancement for the cultural landscape of Bangladesh.
