A milestone moment for BRAC University Economics Club (BUEC) as we successfully concluded BUPR 1.0, the first-ever policy-making competition at BRAC University!

After an intense journey, six finalist teams competed at the Grand Finale, with three teams emerging as winners:

1st Runner-Up — The Great Depression
2nd Runner-Up — Team Trying

The BRAC University Economics Club (BUEC) is set to host BUPR 1.0, the university’s first-ever economic policy-making competition. Around 120 participants across 50 teams will develop solutions to real-world policy challenges, competing for a BDT 30,000 prize pool and academic recognition. The Grand Finale & Gala will take place on 2 September 2026, while the champion will advance directly to the second round of the national BUPR competition in Fall 2026.
