She successfully completed her internship program from March 01 to April 30, 2026, gaining practical knowledge and experience in library management. She has also completed her Professional Master’s Degree from the University of Dhaka.

An Internship Certificate was awarded to Ms. Fahmina Sultana at a ceremony held at the BUBT Central Library on August 31, 2026. Dr. Md. Harun-or-Rashid, Registrar, BUBT and Member Secretary, Library Development Committee, and Prof. Dr. Syed Sarfaraj Hamid, Dean, Faculty of Law and Convenor, BUBT Library Development Committee were present at the ceremony along with other library officials.

BUBT Innovation Hub Hands Over In-House Developed POS Machine to BUBT Bookshop

Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) has taken another step towards technological innovation with the development of an in-house POS (Point of Sale) Machine by the BUBT Innovation Hub. The machine features software fully developed by the BUBT Innovation Hub.

The POS Machine was officially handed over to the BUBT Bookshop on 30 August 2026. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ahmed Hossain, Chairman, BUBT Trust, along with the honorable members of BUBT Trust. The Honorable Vice Chancellor of BUBT, Prof. Dr. A B M Shawkat Ali, was also present at the ceremony.

This initiative reflects BUBT’s commitment to fostering innovation and developing practical technology-based solutions within the university.
