অর্থনীতি বিভাগের আয়োজনে আমাদের ছোট্ট স্টল আজ হয়ে উঠেছিল আনন্দের মিলনমেলা।
স্টল সাজানো ও সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য যারা কাজ করেছে, তাদের সবাইকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ💝
সবার অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম, ভালোবাসা আর একসাথে কাজ করার মনোভাবেই সম্ভব হয়েছে এই সফল আয়োজন।

This tragedy is beyond words.

At Daulatdia ferry ghat, a bus carrying around 40 passengers lost control while boarding a ferry and sank into the Padma River, taking at least 24 lives and leaving others still missing. In just a moment, countless families were left in grief and uncertainty.

As the Stamford University Economics Forum (SUEF), we mourn deeply for those lost and stand in solidarity with their loved ones. We pray for the departed souls and for the safe return of those still missing. We also urge the authorities to ensure stricter transport and ferry safety measures, so such devastating incidents are not repeated.

May they rest in peace, and may such tragedy never happen again. 🖤
