🍦 A Visit to Dolphy Ice Cream Factory 🏭

Representatives of the Feni University Business Student Forum recently visited the Dolphy Ice Cream Factory to gain firsthand insights into its production process, operational activities, quality management, and overall business operations.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to observe how a real-world manufacturing organization operates and to gain practical knowledge beyond the classroom.

The representatives were:

• Mushiur Rahman Chowdhury — Senior Executive Member

নবীন-প্রবীণ মিলনমেলা: বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হলো MBA পরিবারের সদস্যরা
গত ২১ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে Feni University-এর MBA Program-এর 33-37তম ব্যাচের শিক্ষার্থীদের উদ্যোগে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় এক প্রাণবন্ত “নবীন-প্রবীণ মিলনমেলা”। অনুষ্ঠানটি ছিল নবীন ও প্রবীণ শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক পরিচয়, অভিজ্ঞতা বিনিময় এবং সৌহার্দ্য বৃদ্ধির একটি চমৎকার আয়োজন।
অনুষ্ঠানের শুভ সূচনা করেন ডিপার্টমেন্টের সম্মানিত চেয়ারম্যান সালমা ম্যাম। তাঁর বক্তব্যের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠানের আনুষ্ঠানিক কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়।
অনুষ্ঠান পরিচালনার দায়িত্বে ছিলেন MBA Program-এর শিক্ষার্থী 33তম-ব্যাচের Md AshrafulIslamBhuiyan। তিনি অত্যন্ত সুন্দর ও প্রাণবন্ত উপস্থাপনার মাধ্যমে পুরো অনুষ্ঠানটি পরিচালনা করেন।
অনুষ্ঠানে নবীন শিক্ষার্থীদের উদ্দেশ্যে বিভিন্ন দিকনির্দেশনামূলক বক্তব্য প্রদান করা হয়। একই সঙ্গে প্রবীণ শিক্ষার্থীদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও পরামর্শ নবীনদের জন্য অনুপ্রেরণার উৎস হয়ে ওঠে। ফলে অনুষ্ঠানটি শুধু বিনোদনমূলক নয়, বরং পারস্পরিক শিক্ষা ও অভিজ্ঞতা বিনিময়ের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্ল্যাটফর্মে পরিণত হয়।
অনুষ্ঠানের অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল র‍্যাফেল ড্র, অতিথি ও শিক্ষকদের অংশগ্রহণে বিভিন্ন মজার গেম এবং বিনোদনমূলক আয়োজন। শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত অংশগ্রহণে পুরো অনুষ্ঠানজুড়ে ছিল আনন্দ, হাসি ও উচ্ছ্বাসের পরিবেশ।
সবশেষে বিভিন্ন প্রতিযোগিতা ও র‍্যাফেল ড্র-এর বিজয়ীদের মাঝে পুরস্কার বিতরণ করা হয়। পুরস্কার বিতরণের মধ্য দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠানের সমাপ্তি ঘটে।
নবীন-প্রবীণের এই মিলনমেলা MBA পরিবারের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক, সৌহার্দ্য ও বন্ধুত্ব আরও সুদৃঢ় করার পাশাপাশি একটি স্মরণীয় দিনের জন্ম দেয়।

The Faculty of Business Administration, Feni University successfully organized an insightful and engaging workshop on “Mastering Money: A Hands-on Workshop on Financial Analysis with Microsoft Excel.”

We were honored to have Dr. Fakhrul Hasan, Assistant Professor at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, UK, as our distinguished Resource Person.

The workshop provided participants with valuable practical insights into Financial Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Financial Modelling, and Data-Driven Decision Making—skills that are increasingly essential in today’s competitive professional landscape.

Through this hands-on learning experience, participants explored how these skills can be applied in various fields, including Banking & Financial Services, Corporate Management, Business & Data Analytics, Investment & Finance, Accounting & Auditing.

More than just a workshop, it was an opportunity to connect academic knowledge with real-world applications, strengthen practical abilities, and gain a deeper understanding of how financial and analytical skills can contribute to future career success.
