Students of the Department of Law Participate in Energy Talk 4: Transition Reality in Bangladesh.............................................................................
The Department of Law, National University, Bangladesh, is pleased to announce that our 09 students participated in "Energy Talk 4: Transition Reality in Bangladesh," held on 4 July 2026 at the Liberation War Museum, Agargaon, Dhaka.The seminar centered on Bangladesh's contemporary energy landscape, the prospects of renewable energy, and the significance of ensuring a Just Energy Transition. The programme brought together distinguished energy experts,researchers, policymakers, climate advocates, and representatives from various national and international organizations, offering an enriching platform for intellectual discourse, interdisciplinary learning, and professional engagement.
The presentations delivered by the three keynote speakers were highly insightful, engaging, and thought-provoking. They shared valuable perspectives on Bangladesh's energy transition, renewable energy, and sustainable development, making the discussions both informative and inspiring. Overall, the session was highly enjoyable and provided an excellent learning experience for all participants.Through their participation, the students had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of Bangladesh's energy transition while engaging with experts and stakeholders working in the fields of energy, climate policy, and sustainable development. Such exposure contributes significantly to broadening students' academic perspectives and fostering informed engagement with issues of national and global importance.
