Speak Out for Engineering (SOfE), organized by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), gives emerging engineers a platform to turn complex technical ideas into clear, engaging presentations that anyone can follow.

Open Across Disciplines: You don’t need to study mechanical engineering to join. Whether your focus is software, electronics, civil design, or sustainable systems, any engineering student with an idea they care about is welcome.

Eligibility: You just need an Affiliate Membership with IMechE. Student membership is completely free and takes only a couple of minutes to complete online before submitting.

The Goal: Build the presentation confidence, visual storytelling, and verbal clarity that will set you apart throughout your engineering career.
