Industrial Visit of the 2021–22 Session (11th Batch)

The Department of Management Studies, Gopalganj Science and Technology University (GSTU) successfully organized an Industrial Visit for the students of the 2021–22 Session (11th Batch) at Essential Drugs Company Limited, Gopalganj.

The visit was conducted as part of the department’s academic and experiential learning activities, aiming to provide students with practical exposure to real-life industrial operations and contemporary management practices.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to closely observe various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control and assurance activities, operational procedures, supply chain functions, and organizational management systems that they had previously studied in their academic courses.

This hands on experience enabled the students to connect classroom theories with real-world industrial applications, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of their learning.

The program was graciously attended by the respected Chairman of the Department of Management Studies, Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Arefin, Professor Dr. Ish*ta Roy, Associate Professor Dr. Mostafizur Rahman, Associate Professor Dr. Md. Bashir Uddin, Associate Professor Dr. Omar Faroque, Assistant Professor Taslim Ahmad & Assistant Professor Munmun Rahman.

Orientation Program of the 15th Batch Successfully Held

The Department of Management Studies, Gopalganj Science and Technology University, successfully organized the Orientation Program for the 15th Batch on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 under the auspices of the Management Studies Association.

The program was graced by Professor Dr. Nur Nabi, Honorable Treasurer of Khulna University, as the Chief Guest.

The event was chaired by Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Arefin, Chairman of the Department of Management Studies and President of the Management Studies Association.

During the program, the newly admitted students received valuable guidance and inspiring remarks from
Professor Dr. Ish*ta Roy, Associate Professor Dr. Mostafizur Rahman,
Associate Professor Dr. Md. Bashir Uddin, Associate Professor Dr. Omar Faroque, Assistant Professor Taslim Ahmad & Assistant Professor Munmun Rahman.
