জাতীয় কবি কাজী নজরুল ইসলাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থী শাকিল আহমেদ আগামী ১৭-১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে চীনের হেইলংজিয়াং প্রদেশে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য ২০তম আন্তর্জাতিক কৃষি-খাদ্য সম্মেলনে অংশগ্রহণ করতে যাচ্ছেন।

"Green and Healthy Transformation of Agrifood Systems" প্রতিপাদ্যকে সামনে রেখে আয়োজিত এই সম্মেলনে তিনি বাংলাদেশের তরুণ প্রজন্ম এবং আমাদের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করবেন।

In a time of profound crisis, our students displayed remarkable courage, integrity, and leadership by prioritizing justice and human dignity above all.

পড়ন্ত বিকেলে ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগের জুনিয়র-সিনিয়রদের অংশগ্রহণে প্রাণবন্ত এক ফুটবল ম্যাচ। এমন সুন্দর মিলনমেলা আর আন্তরিকতার দৃশ্য সত্যিই মনকে আন্দোলিত করে। 💙

নেতৃত্বের প্রকৃত অর্থ আমরা শিখেছি ১৬ ব্যাচের কাছ থেকেই।

ডিবেট হোক কিংবা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের যেকোনো ক্লাব বা সংগঠন - প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রেই ১৬ ব্যাচ নেতৃত্বের এক অনন্য উদাহরণ তৈরি করেছে।

আজও মনে আছে, ডিবেট প্রতিযোগিতার আগে যখন ১৮ ব্যাচকে নিয়ে ১৬ ব্যাচের ভাই-আপুরা বসেছিলেন, সেদিন ১৫ ব্যাচের মমিন ভাই ও কুয়াশা আপুও উপস্থিত ছিলেন। তখন মবিন ভাই বলেছিলেন, "আমরা হয়তো রানার্স-আপ হয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু গর্ব করে বলতে পারি, আমাদের জুনিয়ররা চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয়েছে।"
সিনিয়র-জুনিয়র সম্পর্ক কতটা সুন্দর হতে পারে তাও আমাদের শিখিয়েছে ১৫-১৬ ব্যাচ।

গালা ডে তেও আপনাদের কাছ থেকে অনেক কিছু শেখার সুযোগ হয়েছে। আপনারা সবসময়ই আমাদের জন্য অনুপ্রেরণা হয়ে থাকবেন, আমাদের জন্য আপনারা সব সময় বেস্ট লিডার হিসেবেই থাকবেন।

আমরাও যেন ১৭ ব্যাচের ভাই-আপুদের সাথে সবসময় সম্মান ও শ্রদ্ধার এই বন্ধন বজায় রাখি এবং একইভাবে ১৯, ২০ এবং পরবর্তী প্রতিটি ব্যাচকেও একই সাথে বেঁধে রাখি যাতে ডিপার্টমেন্ট অফ ম্যানেজমেন্ট সব সময় একটি পরিবারের মতো থাকে, এটা আমাদের প্রত্যাশা!

আমরা আমাদের বেস্ট টা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবো ইনশাআল্লাহ। আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে 🤍

নতুন পথচলার শুরুটা সবসময়ই একটু অচেনা, একটু দ্বিধার। সেই পথকে সহজ ও স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যময় করে তুলতেই ১৯ ব্যাচের পক্ষ থেকে ২০ ব্যাচের নবীন শিক্ষার্থীদের ভর্তি কার্যক্রমে পাশে থাকার ছোট্ট প্রয়াস।

ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন তথ্য, প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা এবং আন্তরিক সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে ১৯ ব্যাচ চেষ্টা করেছে নতুন সদস্যদের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিবারের সঙ্গে প্রথম পরিচয়টাকে আরও সুন্দর করে তুলতে।

২০ ব্যাচের ভর্তি কার্যক্রমে ১৯ ব্যাচের আন্তরিক সহযোগিতা, দায়িত্ববোধ ও পাশে থাকার মানসিকতা সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়। এমন উদ্যোগই প্রমাণ করে, আমাদের বিভাগ শুধু একটি একাডেমিক প্রতিষ্ঠান নয় বরং একটি পরিবার।
