বিষয়: স্ম্মান ৪র্থ বর্ষের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য সাপ্লিমেন্টারী ইনকোর্স পরীক্ষা আয়োজন প্রসঙ্গে।
ইংরেজি বিভাগের স্ম্মান ৪র্থ বর্ষের (শিক্ষাবর্ষ ২০২১-২০২২) শিক্ষার্থীদের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, তাদের মধ্যে যে সকল শিক্ষার্থীরা ইতোমধ্যে অনুষ্ঠিত ১ম ও ২য় ইনকোর্স পরীক্ষার সকল বিষয়ে অংশগ্রহন করেনি কিংবা অংশগ্রহন করেও পাশ নম্বর ০৬ পায়নি, তাদের ইনকোর্স নম্বর নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে অন-লাইনে ইনপুট দেয়া সম্ভব হবেনা যদি তারা ২৩. ০৯. ২০২৬ তারিখের মধ্যে সকল ইনকোর্স পরীক্ষা সাফল্যের সাথে সম্পন্ন না করে। এ ব্যাপারে শিক্ষার্থীরা অনতিবিলম্ভে বিভাগে এসে সংশ্লিষ্ট কোর্স শিক্ষকের সাথে সাক্ষাত করে তথ্য (পাশ/ফেল) জানবে এবং নিরধারিত ফি পরিশোধ করে তাৎক্ষনিকভাবে সাপ্লিমেন্টারী ইনকোর্স পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহন করবে। ইনকোর্স পরীক্ষার উত্তরপত্র জমা না হলে এবং নম্বর অন-লাইনে ইন-পুট না হলে চুড়ান্ত পরীক্ষার জন্য ফর্ম ফিল-আপ এর Probable List এ তাদের নাম অনুপস্থিত থাকবে।

Sub: Regarding Form-Fill up of Hon’s Third Year Final Exam. – 2025.
The candidates of Hon’s Third Year Final Exam. – 2025 (Regular, Irregular & Improvement) are informed that their Form-Fill up activities will be conducted on 22 & 23 September, 2026 from 10:00 am. to 01:00 pm. It is to be noted here that the candidate himself/herself will conduct the task of Form-Fill up instead of sending his/her agent or relative. They must carry two photocopies of their Registration Cards and one copy coloured photo with them and finally submit them to the Department Office. They must also clear all types of payment beforehand.The candidates are asked to contact the Department Office and here they will be provided with on-line form, on-line mobile payment service and other necessary guidelines. The Department Office will not be accountable to any sort of unfairness or falsity.
