How can capable people invest so much effort while the same problems, conversations, and decisions keep repeating? Drawing from her experience growing up believing she had to perform, pretend, and pursue perfection to earn approval—and the addiction and recovery that followed—Molly M.C. explores how avoiding reality drains energy, slows ex*****on, and prevents effort from becoming results. Sobriety taught her to face facts directly, and she later recognized the same patterns of distortion, discomfort, and resistance within organizations.
Through stories from corporate environments that rewarded transparency and productivity and others where competing narratives threatened to eclipse the facts, participants will learn to identify what drains energy versus what drives results.
Molly introduces a practical, real-time clarity tool that helps teams recognize inefficiencies such as untested assumptions, undocumented decisions, accountability gaps, and unclear ownership and turn ambiguity and unproductive repetition into clarity, accountability, and action.
