In 1968, the first school sports were held.
The psychology department temporarily managed the school, naming it “The Experimental School,” and it moved to a tin-shed (now Sheikh Russel Model High School).
By 1974, the school received Tk. 43,000 for maintenance.
In 1983, the higher secondary section was added, expanding it to classes one to twelve.
Later, the school moved to a concrete building, and in 1987, the budget increased to Tk. 22 lakh.
