The SIU Business Club (SIUBC) was officially launched on September 01, 2026, in a vibrant and inspiring programmed, marking a significant milestone in the co-curricular activities of Sylhet International University. 🎓✨

The club aims to provide students with a dynamic platform to develop professional skills, leadership abilities, practical knowledge, networking opportunities, and industry-oriented competencies. 💼🚀

The programmed was graced by Professor Dr. Mohammad Ashraful Alam, Vice-Chancellor of Sylhet International University, as the Chief Guest, while Professor Nitai Chandra Chanda, Treasurer, attended as the Special Guest. Md. Shamsul Alam, Dean of the School of Business Administration, along with distinguished Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students, also attended the occasion. The event was presided over by Dr. Rezaul Kabir, Head of the Department of Business Administration.

The Sylhet International University Business Club (SIUBC), in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration(Department of Business Administration - SIU), Sylhet International University (SIU), successfully organized a professional development workshop on “Professional CV Writing & Formal Email Etiquette.”

The session on Professional CV Writing was conducted by Mr. Riaj Uddin, Lecturer, while Mr. Mitu Chakroborthi, Lecturer, conducted the session on Formal Email Etiquette. Through their insightful and practical discussions, students gained valuable knowledge and essential skills relevant to employment, higher education, and professional communication.

Through insightful discussions and practical guidance, participants learned the art of presenting themselves effectively through professional CVs and formal email correspondence—two indispensable tools for academic achievement and career advancement.
