📄 Page Limit (Arguments Advanced): 10 pages
Teams are strongly advised to plan their drafting timeline accordingly and strictly adhere to the page limit.

🔴Memorials that do not comply with the prescribed limit shall not be accepted for evaluation.

A Celebration of Ideas, Arguments & Excellence

তুমুল প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতাপূর্ণ এক ফাইনালের মধ্য দিয়ে সফলভাবে পর্দা নামল Asian Parliamentary Debate, Season 3-এর। শক্তিশালী যুক্তি, তীক্ষ্ণ rebuttal, আত্মবিশ্বাসী উপস্থাপনা এবং বুদ্ধিদীপ্ত পাল্টা-যুক্তিতে ফাইনাল হয়ে উঠেছিল অত্যন্ত উপভোগ্য ও প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতাপূর্ণ।

দারুণ পারফরম্যান্সের মাধ্যমে Team The Clash of Convictions অর্জন করেছে APD Season 3-এর চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ।
অন্যদিকে, অসাধারণ লড়াই করে Team The Legal Strikers অর্জন করেছে Runner-up হওয়ার গৌরব।

অনুষ্ঠানজুড়ে উপস্থিত থেকে বিতার্কিকদের উৎসাহ ও অনুপ্রেরণা প্রদান করেন সিলেট ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির মাননীয় উপাচার্য প্রফেসর ড. মোঃ আশরাফুল আলম। ফাইনাল বিতর্ক শেষে তিনি তাঁর মূল্যবান মতামত, পরামর্শ ও দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন।
অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় ট্রেজারার প্রফেসর নিতাই চন্দ্র চন্দ, আইন অনুষদের ডিন প্রফেসর মোঃ তোতিউর রহমান, বাণিজ্য অনুষদের ডিন প্রফেসর মোঃ শামসুল আলম এবং মানবিক অনুষদের ডিন প্রফেসর মোঃ শফিউল আলম।
বিভিন্ন সেমিস্টারের ১৬টি দলের অংশগ্রহণে অনুষ্ঠিত এই প্রতিযোগিতা শিক্ষার্থীদের যুক্তি উপস্থাপন, সমালোচনামূলক চিন্তা, আত্মবিশ্বাস, তাৎক্ষণিক প্রতিক্রিয়া ও নেতৃত্বের দক্ষতা বিকাশের একটি চমৎকার প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করেছে।
এই সফল আয়োজনের সঙ্গে যুক্ত সকল শিক্ষক, শিক্ষার্থী, বিতার্কিক, বিচারক ও সহযোগীদের প্রতি রইল আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা।

NOTICE

Subject: Closure of Team Registration and Extended Observer Registration – SIU Intra-Moot Court Competition 1.0
All students of the Department of Law, Sylhet International University are hereby informed that the registration of teams for the “SIU Intra-Moot Court Competition 1.0” has now been closed. However, registration for Observers is still open and will remain open until the date mentioned below.

Observer Registration Deadline: Thursday, 20.08.2026

Students who are interested to participate as Observers are instructed to complete their registration within the stipulated time. Registration received after the deadline will not be entertained.

Perks of Being an Observer
Opportunity to witness live courtroom proceedings and observe how arguments are presented by fellow mooters.
A valuable learning experience in advocacy, legal reasoning, and courtroom decorum.
E-Certificate of participation issued to all registered Observers.
Priority access to sessions and rounds of the competition, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
A chance to network with participants, adjudicators, and members of the Mooting Wing.

Entry Restriction – Please Note
From this point onward, entry to all sessions organized in connection with this competition will be restricted to registered Team Members and registered Observers only. During the competition, only registered Observers will be permitted to enter the courtrooms as audience. No other students will be allowed entry into the courtrooms during the proceedings.
