URGENT FRAUD ALERT – BEWARE OF SCAM EMAILSOfficial Press Release | September 6, 2026
The International Police Academy (IPA) has detected a fraudulent email currently circulating among our members. This message falsely claims to originate from a fictitious entity called “UNIPOL – Department of Community Affairs” and is signed by an individual posing as “Archbishop Dr. Carl Robinson.”
Official StatementThis email has absolutely no connection with the International Police Academy. All claims made within it — regarding the publication of names, photographs, ranks, positions, and any requests for responses or document preservation — are completely false and fabricated.
Safety Guidelines• Do not reply to this email under any circumstances.
• Do not click on any links contained in the message.
• Do not share any personal or professional information with the sender.
• If you have already responded, immediately cease any further exchange of sensitive data.
