The International Police Academy (IPA) has detected a fraudulent email currently circulating among our members. This message falsely claims to originate from a fictitious entity called “UNIPOL – Department of Community Affairs” and is signed by an individual posing as “Archbishop Dr. Carl Robinson.”

Official StatementThis email has absolutely no connection with the International Police Academy. All claims made within it — regarding the publication of names, photographs, ranks, positions, and any requests for responses or document preservation — are completely false and fabricated.

Safety Guidelines• Do not reply to this email under any circumstances.

• Do not click on any links contained in the message.

• Do not share any personal or professional information with the sender.

• If you have already responded, immediately cease any further exchange of sensitive data.

Mohamed Al Jafri – UAE
Carl Robinson and related affiliated accounts

These accounts have been identified for **unauthorized use of our name, identity, and copyrighted materials**, deliberately creating false impressions of affiliation with our organization.

Very good morning,

I am recording and issuing this extraordinary statement following the recent events concerning the United International Police University (UNIPOL).
This statement is extraordinary. I am not speaking for publicity. I am speaking for the truth and for justice.

I want it to be very clear:
The United International Police University (UNIPOL) was established by myself and Dr. Alexander Jan.

I am acting in my capacity as Governor of UNIPOL.
UNIPOL belongs to myself and Dr. Alexander Jan.

I did not sell UNIPOL.
I did not transfer UNIPOL.
I did not authorize any relocation of the headquarters of UNIPOL to the United States of America, nor will such action be carried out.

I state this clearly and for the record:
The United International Police University (UNIPOL) is not headquartered in the United States of America.
It is not affiliated with the United States of America.

The official headquarters of UNIPOL shall be established in such location as determined by myself and Dr. Alexander Jan jointly, or by my decision in my capacity as Governor.
We decide.

Any claims or representations suggesting otherwise are false and unauthorized.
