𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐬 - 𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐳𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥
Als kleindochter van Griekse gastarbeiders en pioniersstudente baande Panayota Cotzaridis haar eigen weg naar de universiteit. Na het schakelprogramma Onderwijs en Vorming aan onze faculteit behaalde ze haar master met onderscheiding. Vandaag is ze doctoraatstudente en zet ze zich actief in voor meer inclusie in het hoger onderwijs.
Haar verhaal is er een van veerkracht, ontplooiing en doorzettingsvermogen - maar ook van impact. Van student naar bruggenbouwer en rolmodel voor anderen.

Via het platform Meer Kleur voor de Klas en haar onderzoek binnen het ENGINE-project draagt ze actief bij aan meer gelijke kansen in onderwijs.

As the granddaughter of Greek guest workers and a pioneer student, Panayota Cotzaridis carved her own path to university. After completing the bridging programme, she graduated with distinction from the Master of Educational Sciences at our faculty. Today, she is a PhD researcher and actively contributes to more inclusive higher education.
Her journey is one of resilience, self-development, and perseverance - but also of impact. From student to bridge-builder and role model for others.

Through the platform More Colour for the Classroom and her research within the ENGINE project, she actively contributes to more equal opportunities in education.
